The Verge Cohousing Community is an establishing community. We are looking to purchase land and commence construction within the next two years. Characteristics of the built form will include:

- To be located within a 5km radius of the Adelaide CBD either within the Unley Council area or the Norwood Payneham St Peters Council area with proximity to a public transport corridor, bicycle path network, and local shops and amenities.
- To be a re-imagined village, consisting of approximately 30 self-contained dwellings of differing sizes plus a Common House and shared garden spaces.
- Human-centred design, including accessible layout and shared paths and corridors to enable residents and visitors to have easy incidental interactions. Informal and formal shared spaces are an essential part of the design.
- Built form and green spaces that make a positive contribution to the existing neighbourhood character and embrace the history of the site and its environs.
- Design, layout, integrated technologies, and material selection that deliver exceptional environmental sustainability.
